Bikram Yoga

Tight hips? Sore back? Feeling stiff or low-energy? Bikram Yoga is a powerful, time-tested practice designed to increase flexibility, relieve tension, and build lasting energy. With consistent practice, you'll feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected—physically and mentally.

What to Expect in Class

Each 90-minute Bikram Yoga class takes place in a heated room (105°F, 40% humidity) to warm your muscles, deepen your stretches, and detox through sweat. You’ll follow the same sequence every time—26 beginner-friendly postures and 2 breathing exercises:

  • Standing Series (First Half): Improves balance, posture, and joint mobility.

  • Floor Series (Second Half): Builds spinal strength, core stability, and flexibility.

The structured format makes it easy to track your progress, and the focus on breath and form promotes calm, clarity, and endurance.

What to Bring
Yoga mat, large towel, and water.
(Mats, towels, and water are also available to rent or buy at the studio.)

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the intensity of interval training—all in a heated room (95°F, 40% humidity). The heat boosts circulation, encourages sweat, and helps you safely stretch deeper.

This full-body workout builds lean muscle, burns fat, and strengthens your core without stressing your joints. It’s challenging, empowering, and designed for real, sustainable results—all done on a yoga mat, with zero impact.

What to Bring
Yoga mat, towel, and water.
